Supreme Wellness collects only what's needed to deliver the wellness content and services you request: your first name and email so we can contact you about wellness updates (no email sending service is connected yet, so signups are stored only), and — if you use the Wellness Path Finder — the answers you provide, your assigned path, and the personalized plan generated for you.

We do not collect medical history, diagnoses, medications, or protected health information. The Path Finder is educational and non-diagnostic.

We use secure infrastructure to store submissions and never sell your data. You can ask us to remove your details at any time through the contact form.
